One-Week Staycation in BALI!

Each year, I always travel anywhere for at least 1 to 2 weeks to relax and de-stress. So, last year, Nov. 2019 (before Covid-19 happened),  I was able to have a one-week staycation in Bali for the nth time where I stayed at the nicest beachfront luxury resort, Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa. And, at Daun Lebar Ubud Villas for the second time!

From Singapore, I have flown for 2 hours to Jakarta Soekamo-Hatta Airport  via Jetstar Airways. Upon arrival at the airport, after only 40 mins.,  I have finally arrived at their hotel. Just a little information, the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is around IDR150,000 (USD$12). The room that I stayed in was One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, was really an elegant and sophisticated room that for other hotels, it would be categorised as an Executive room or Suite, that only cost USD$180++ (taxes & fees)

"The Sanchaya Bintan" (Indonesia) Definitely One of the Best Luxury Resorts in ASIA

Bintan is an Indonesian island in the Riau Archipelago in the South China Sea.  It is  Indonesia's second most popular tourist destination after Bali. The Sanchaya is located 10 minutes away from Bandar Bentan Telani, Bintan’s main ferry terminal and can also be accessed by Sri Bintan Pura Ferry Terminal at Tanjung Pinang. Direct domestic flight connections are available daily from Jakarta to Tanjung Pinang Airport. Bintan is located 45 minutes by high-speed ferry from Singapore’s Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, which only costs S$70 (return) on weekends and S$58 (return) on weekdays. 

After a 45-minute ferry ride from Singapore, I arrived at the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Bintan. The Sanchaya has its own exclusive VIP Lounge for all arrivals and departures I was able to avoid the long Immigration queue. The Sanchaya's Lounge is amazing and has a really top-notch service in an elegant relaxing atmosphere.
