From Singapore, I have flown for 2 hours to Jakarta Soekamo-Hatta Airport  via Jetstar Airways. Upon arrival at the airport, after only 40 mins.,  I have finally arrived at their hotel. Just a little information, the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is around IDR150,000 (USD$12). The room that I stayed in was One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, was really an elegant and sophisticated room that for other hotels, it would be categorised as an Executive room or Suite, that only cost USD$180++ (taxes & fees)

Their One Bedroom Deluxe apartment offers all the comforts and conveniences of home, featuring a living room, dining area for two, and a king-size bedroom with bathroom en-suite. It is better equipped, more functional, more spacious and yet as luxurious as a hotel suite combining Western functionality with exquisite Indonesian design accents.

During lunch, I have tried their "Beef Adobo" and totally has an amazing taste and very affordable that only cost IDR59,000++ (USD$5).

In the evening, I've had a lovely dinner at their restaurant, Oakroom Restaurant & Bar that presents an excellent selection of dishes made from natural and the freshest seasonal ingredients. The menu includes international gourmet classics, local Indonesian, and Asian favorites. The restaurant has four areas – the Restaurant (indoor dining), the Lounge area, the Bar, and Al Fresco (outdoor dining). With a total seating capacity of 144, the areas transit seamlessly from one to the other and are designed to hold different numbers of people at a time. The Restaurant, the largest area in the restaurant, can hold 58 diners while the other areas can seat 44, 20, and 22 diners respectively. Open daily from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm only.

Oakroom’s versatility is further manifested in its lounge-style concept which provides for a viewing area with a 42-inch high-definition television and a selection of newspapers and magazines.

After 2 days/1 night stays, Oakwood Premier Cozmo Hotel totally exceeds my expectations. And, if you are looking for a hotel where you can stay longer in Jakarta as a tourist and business traveler,  this apartment- the hotel offers the best rates, security and I highly recommends. And, the best thing about this hotel, you are totally being taken care of by their wonderful and amazing staff, who are always willing to help with all your request and queries.
