"Top 20 Best Places To Visit and Things to Love in London" !!!

with an amazing view of Tower Bridge of London

London, one of the Most Prestige and Amazing Travel Destinations in the World!  So, after months of being here during my Business trip...Here's my Top 20 Best Places to Visit and Things to Do in London!

1. Piccadilly Circus- exactly a 5-minute walk from the hotel where I amazingly stayed at Sofitel London St. James. This amazing tourist spot is where a lot of restaurants, shopping malls, or major entertainments and notable buildings like the London Pavilion and Criterion Theatre are located. This plaza is underneath the Piccadilly Circus Tube Station.

Here, I stayed at Sofitel London St. James as this hotel is just so near to all the main tourist attractions like Piccadilly Circus, The National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, St.James's Park and Buckingham Palace.

2. The National Gallery, London- One of the most visited art museums in the world. Definitely a must-visit in London.  It houses a collection of paintings with over 2,300 pieces from the mid-13th century to 1900 and it's a FREE entrance.

3. Trafalgar Square- just outside of The National Gallery, where the largest square in London can be found. Exactly located in the city of Westminster, Central London . A lot of people comes here and one of the best spots to enjoy London.

4. St. James's Park - only a 5-10 minute walk from Trafalgar Square, where a 23-hectare park in the City of Westminster, central London. The park lies at the southernmost tip of the St. James's area, which was named after a leper hospital dedicated to St. James the Less.

5. Buckingham PalaceFor me, the most prestigious tourist destination in  London since here, the Royal Family resides. Just a 10-minute walk from St. James's Park & James's Palace. It's the London residence and administrative headquarters of the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom. Indeed, a must-visit place in London. During my visit, I think hundreds of people were there and you will just be amazed at how many people paid to visit this beautiful palace.

6. Green Park - the nearest park in Buckingham Palace. In contrast with its neighboring parks like Hyde and St. James's Park, this park has no lakes, no buildings, no playground and few monuments only but still amazingly beautiful.

7. Westminster Cathedral - Just a 10-minute walk from the Victoria Train Station. This is the church where I always attended a mass in London. This cathedral is the so-called Metropolitan Cathedral of the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, in London is the mother church of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.

8. The Temple Church - Just only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel that I stayed,  Apex Temple Court Hotel you will find this amazing church. The Temple Church is a late 12th-century church in the City of London located between Fleet Street and River Thames, built by the Knights Templar as their English Headquarters. There's an entrance fee of £5.

Here, I stayed too in Apex Temple Court Hotel as this hotel is just so near, a 5-20 min. walk to The Temple Church, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. And, few minutes bus ride to Tower of London and the Tower of Bridge.

9. Big Ben - Well, if you want to know the people you visited London, then you must a have picture together with it. Big Ben is actually the nickname for the Great Bell of the Clock at the North end of Palace of Westminster in London and often extended to refer to the clock and the clock tower.

10. Westminster Abbey Cathedral-  This is where The Royal Family Prince William (Duke of Cambridge) and Catherine "Kate" Middleton (Duchess of Cambridge) got married on 29 April 2011. It is one of the UK's most notable religious buildings and the traditional place of coronation site for English and, later, British monarchs.

11. Monument to the Great Fire of London- more commonly known simply as the Monument, is a Doric Column in the City of London, hear the northern end of London Bridge, that commemorates the Great Fire of London.

12. Tower of London - One of the amazing tourist destinations that you must visit in London, with an entrance fee of  £22.50 but totally worth it. As I'm a fan of the movie "The Other Boleyn Girl", I couldn't be happier to know more about the story of Anne Boleyn and King Henry VIII.

13. Tower Bridge of London-  I'm such a fan of the movie Bridget Jones's Diary and from that movie, I dreamt of being here and walking on this bridge. From the Tower of London, you can have a great view of this amazing bridge. A must-visit too in London.

14. Natural History Museum, London - Kids would definitely love this museum as the moment you enter on this amazing museum, a giant Dinosaur's bone will welcome you. This is a museum of natural history that exhibits a vast range of specimens from various segments of natural history. And, the entrance is Free.

15. Camden Town- If you are a fan of late Singer/Songwriter Amy Winehouse, then this is a must-visit for you, where she grew up and had an amazing music journey. As this town is indeed full of eclectic things, amazing designed buildings you will definitely amazed by it. Definitely a must-visit in London.

16. Shopping at Oxford Circus - If you love to shop, this is the "IT" place for  shopping. Oxford Circus is a major road in the City of Westminster in the West End of London. With more than 300 shops and 5 million square feet of retail space, Oxford Street is the busiest street in London.

17. Notting Hill - If you already watched the movie of Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant, definitely you have to visit this amazing place. And, if you are wondering what happened to the book shop wherein the movie works, now became a Gift Shop.

18. Watch any of their Londonish Plays During my visit I was lucky enough to watch  Les Miserables, Billy Elliot and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery and it's so worth it. One of the things that you don't have to miss doing in London.

Here, I stayed at Waldorf Hilton London where it's just 5 minutes' walk to all Theatrelands of London. The Lyceum Theatre and Leicester Square Theatre are both 10 minutes walk, while Covent Garden Underground Station is just 5 minutes walk.

19. Try any of Fine-dining restaurants in London - Do not leave London without trying any of their fine-dining restaurants. London has always been known for good restaurants or with Michelin Star. British Chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver are some of the most respectable Chefs worldwide from UK! For more than two months I was here, I really tried a lot of fine-dining restaurants and one of my favorite restaurants was my fine-dining experience at Homage Restaurant in Waldorf Hilton London.

20. Try any of Afternoon-Tea Experience- Your visit in London is not complete if you are not going to try of any of London's afternoon-tea experience and glad I did try in Wellington Lounge at InterContinental London Park Lane which only cost  £32 for their "Royal Tea" http://wellington-lounge.co.uk/our-teas/royal-tea/ and  £77  with unlimited Moet & Chandon Champagne.

And, If you are going to ask me if I still wanted to visit and see all these amazing places in London again? Absolutely! YES!
