"The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur", Truly a Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur!

The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur" http://www.majestickl.com/. Built in 1932, The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur has it's own historic and elegant touch of a hotel. Opened its doors in December 2012 by YTL Hotels http://www.ytlhotels.com/ (one of the most promising and award-winning hotel group), The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur has two separate wings; one is the meticulously restored Iconic Hotel Majestic Building called "Majestic Wing", where all the historic and elegant suites are located. And, the other one is the new 15-storey called "Tower Wing", where  all the modern design elegant rooms with colonial touch are located.

Governor's Suite at Majestic Wing

The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur is one of the most unique, elegant and stylish hotels that I stayed.  The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and personally accompanied by the reception staff towards to our suite to do the private check-in. And, it is the "Governor Suite" in historic Majestic Wing where we stayed is totally exquisite. Governor Suite http://www.majestickl.com/governor-suite.html is a MYR1,220++ (S$470++) per room per night (with 10% service charge and 6% govt. tax), which has the heritage scenic views framed within your room window,  spacious suite with separate living room and bedroom, and bathroom that will make you awe of it's simplicity and elegance. And, here are the photos of our lovely suite.

At Lunch, we went to Contango Restaurant located in the Tower Wing, which cost only MYR78++ (S$30++) /per head  for lunch buffet. Contango Restaurant has a designed of a contemporary featuring an "open kitchen interactive dining concept", where you can actually request with the Chef on how you want your food to be cooked. The cuisine, freshly prepared to order, ranges from Asian and Japanese to Western and Grilled Dishes.

(Showcasing a hanging garden and orchidscape within a glass atrium, this botanical wonder is the only one of its kind in the country. The Orchid Conservatory features a seasonal range of phalaenopsis orchids; with thousands of stunning large-petaled blooms displayed in a re-creation of their natural habitat. As the seasons progress, so do the variety of orchids on display)

And, in the mid-afternoon, I enjoyed myself to in a very relaxing royal bliss of almost 3-hr SPA Treatment called "English Afternoon Tea" at the Majestic Spa by Spa Village. http://www.majestickl.com/majestic-spa.html that costs RM700++(S$270++) which includes antioxidant berries and moisture rich cream scrub, followed by the sweet smell of a garden berries oil massage and brilliantly topped off with a fragrant English rose natural facial.  After my 3 hours SPA experience, I was totally renewed and relaxed.

At night, we had an amazing dinner at  "The Colonial Cafe", http://www.majestickl.com/colonial-cafe.html located in the Majestic Wing, the Colonial Cafe recreates the atmosphere of the halcyon day of the planters of Malaya and Offers Authentic Classical Cuisine from the Colonial Era.

This cafe which serves the best menu specially designed to offer classic colonial dishes such as Hainanese Chicken Chop, Prawn Cocktail, and Rib Eye Steak. Customers can as well choose to have either 3-course or a 4-course meal which costs me MYR340++ (S$130++) for my 4-course meal including my cappuccino drink. And, the best thing about the Colonial Cafe, you can enjoy your dinner while listening to Jazz from the "Solanos band", whose musical traditions date well back into old classic music. And, here are the photos of my excellent fine dining dinner while enjoying the Jazz music.

Upon our private checked-out in the room, the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers us a complimentary drop-off service to Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) which I find very nice and convenient as a guest. After 2 days & 1 night stay at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, I can say that this hotel is one of the best service, elegant and lovely hotels that I stayed and perfect for those who wanted to enjoy and  have a relaxing weekend in Kuala Lumpur.  A lot of luxury hotels that I stayed but this hotel definitely impressed me and I'm so highly recommending it. "The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur" is indeed a Majestic One.
