Patong is a beach resort town on the west coast of Phuket Island, facing the Andaman Sea in the southwest of Thailand. Its sandy, crescent beach is lined with cafes, restaurants and bars. The famously raucous nightlife scene features beer bars, go-go bars, nightclubs, massage parlors and cabarets that overflow into the street along neon-lit Bangla Road and in the Patong OTOP Shopping Paradise complex. And, in Patong, it was Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa that I amazingly stayed for 3 days 2 nights!

The resort offers free WiFi, 2 outdoor pools and a restaurant. The resort is also a 10-minute walk from nightlife district Bangla Road. The resort is a 40-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. Upon request, the hotel provides airport transfer service at a fee. Their rooms are air-conditioned and come with private balconies or terraces. Satellite TV and tea/coffee maker are provided in all rooms. Slippers and free toiletries are available. Guests enjoy free minibar. Selected rooms feature direct pool access. Guests can relax on sun loungers by the pool, and enjoy the surrounding greenery. Spa by Burasari provides traditional Thai  massage and beauty treatments. Kantok Restaurant serves authentic local dishes and a daily breakfast buffet It offers outdoor dining and evening dance performances. Refreshing drinks are served at Misty Bar, Pool Bar and Juice Bar. 

Upon arrival, warm greetings extended to me and only after 5-minute check-in procedure, key card passed to me and the Elite Balcony was ready! Elite Balcony is a 40 sqm room that features spacious interiors and an expansive balcony overlooking the pool – an ideal respite for those wishing to spend extra time relaxing in the room or on a private terrace. Fresh, natural interiors give the aura of fine outdoor living. Chic The Elite private balcony is furnished with outdoor seating or an oversized day bed, and overlooks the swimming pool or lush tropical gardens. Spend hours here relaxing with a book, catching up on email or sipping a tropical cocktail.

After settling in my room, I went to my afternoon appointment at Spa by Burasari and my 90-minute Burasari Signature Massage  (60-minute treatment time) was so amazing! Designed exclusively for Spa Burasari, this transformative oil massage will deeply relax muscle tension, detoxify the body and rejuvenate the mind. This therapy incorporates the fluid Swedish movements, the toning stretches of Thai massage whilst forearms and hands are used to include Lomi Lomi and pressure on acupuncture points.

After my amazing 90-minute Signature massage in Spa by Burasari, I went back to room to relax. Then, at night, I went to OTOP Market where it's just only a 10-minute walk from the resort which you can find nice local foods and interesting things to shop!

The next day, I had an amazing buffet breakfast at their restaurant, Kantok Restaurant! The restaurant takes its name from kantok - a handmade low rattan table used in Northern Thai households. It customary for friends and family to gather around and share a meal around the kantok.

After 3 days 2 nights stay at Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa in Patong Beach,  I really had an amazing stay here! And, this resort is indeed the "Best Resort to Stay in Patong Area!" And, if you're going to ask me if I will stay here again? Absolutely!  Just a little information, the taxi (private car) will cost THB800 (one-way) from Phuket airport to Patong Area. And, if you're in a budget, you can ask for a Shuttle Van at the Phuket airport which can only cost THB200 (one-way).
