"Phuket Let's Go" - Amazing Phangnga Treasures x James Bond Sunrise Trekking!

View from James Bond Island

I love Adventure - Well, when it comes to travel...I want everything in between, from walking in the street to taste the best local foods in town to try the best spas and, to stay in luxury resort. But, if sunrise or  sunset is what I am going to see? definitely, I'm up to that adventure and experience! It's been 5 years since I last did the Ko Phi Phi Island tour in Phuket and I couldn't help to do another adventure again but this time, I took the adventure of -  Phangnga Treasures x James Bond Sunrise Trekking by Phuket Let's Go!

Phuket Let's Go http://phuketletsgo.com/ was actually my friend's recommendation since she loved how Phuket Let's Go tour went out (The Real Phuket - No Shopping Sightseeing Tour), "in a small group, unique trip and lastly, price was reasonable". On this trip, they fetched us at our hotel around 4:50AM and arrived back at the hotel around 1:30PM. We were only four people on this tour and this trip only cost us THB4000 - per person. So, here are the amazing photos I took during our trip!

Here on this trip, we did the below amazing itinerary!

1. Trekked up to the Samed Nangshe viewpoint (approximately 15-20 minute walk on slope). A light snack box and hot coffee/tea were served over stunning sunrise in Phangnga bay.

2. Embarked on a private longtail boat with our local villager captain.

3. First stop will be the famous Koh Tapu aka James Bond island. At that time of our visit, there were not so many tourists as we were there around 830am. We spent 30-40 minutes walking around the dual battle scene seen in “James Bond: The Man with the Golden Gun”.

4. Did some bouldering to see odd-looking limestone, stalagmites, stalactites, sleepy bats, crystal-like rock formations and never-ending mangrove.

5. Explored several islands and caves, sea-canoeing into hidden lagoons at Koh Hong

6. Visited the hidden 5,000 year-old shell cemetery which is nestled around a sheer cliff and mangrove forest where an ancient treasure map is painted on the wall with clay and animal blood.

7. Lastly, Had an amazing lunch with the view which is included in the package!

After our amazing itinerary, we went to the restaurant to have lunch, which is also included in the package! However, here's the list of Itinerary I got from their website before I decided to do this amazing adventure!

3. Our van will take you to a foothill where you will start to trek up to the Samed Nangshe viewpoint (approximately 15-20 minute walk on slope). A light snack box and hot coffee/tea will be served over stunning sunrise in Phangnga bay. Soak up the morning sun until everyone’s happy and ready, before heading back down. After a short ride 5mn ride,  you will arrive at the local pier and embark on a private longtail boat with our local villager captain. First stop will be the famous Koh Tapu aka James Bond island. At this time of the day, you won’t see many tourists, if any at all. Spend a good 30-40 minutes walking around the dual battle scene seen in “James Bond: The Man with the Golden Gun”.
4. Here, we are off to the explore several islands and caves, sea-canoeing into hidden lagoons at Koh Hong, see odd-looking limestone, stalagmites, stalactites, sleepy bats, crystal-like rock formations and never-ending mangrove. Prepare to duck, walk, climb and be astonished by Mother Nature throughout this trip. Our last highlight – the hidden 5,000 year-old shell cemetery is nestled around a sheer cliff and mangrove forest where an ancient treasure map is painted on the wall with clay and animal blood. You can try to solve the riddle of this unclaimed treasure. Back to pier and on the van and we hed straight to restaurant. No boring buffet, we like our lunch to be freshly cooked. How about a nice cold beer on a balcony with a view? One complimentary beer or soft drink of your choice. head back safely to your hotel around 2 – 2:30 PM.
