My Acqua Treatment- Meridien Pools (Pressurized Pools) in The Farm at San Benito

It was December 2017 when I first visited and stayed at The Farm at San Benito for 3 days, had a 90-minute Aqua Lympathic Clearing Treatment and 120-minute Bitter Sweet Treatment (click here).  The Farm at San Benito, it discussed to me that "maintaining beauty, detoxification and creating wellness for women are their main expertise".  So, after inquiring with The Farm at San Benito, their Medical Doctor made a Personalized Detox and Wellness Program for me, after answering their Guest Health Questionnaire (GHQ). Then, finally decided to book for 3 days 2 nights at their Garden Glass Villa with the below itinerary.

After settling in our villa and putting our stuff, we headed first to Alive Restaurant to eat prior to my appointment. Alive Restaurant is a Vegan Restaurant in which they prepare foods by soaking, blending, dehydration, culturing, and with the talent of their Chefs, they can transform vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruits into delectable culinary delicacies.  They use specially designed dehydrators instead of cooking to give raw foods a variety of textures resembling cooked foods, without destroying the nutritional properties and enzymes of the foods. They serve warm soups rather than cooked hot soups in order to preserve the valuable nutritional building blocks the body needs to continuously rebuild and renew itself. 

The core principles of the Alive! the restaurant has remained constant over the years. After eating and resting for a while, I headed to my first appointment which was the 30-min Medical Consultation/ Holistic Health Conversation that only cost Php2,000++, where Dr. Rommel Tinio M.D. discussed how stress and a bad lifestyle can help to add factors for a person to have a breakout in skin as well as not getting enough sleep and not eating well. So, he suggested all my Itinerary Treatments specifically the Colema (Colon Hydrotherapy) to flush out all the toxins in my body and also to clear my skin.

Then, I proceeded to Healing/Acqua Sanctuary where I had a 60-minute Meridien Pools (Pressurized Pools) that only cost Php5,600++.  Pressurized water flow results in thicker streams that target some muscles, resulting in a maximum effect that naturally massages and relaxes tension or pain in certain areas.

After my 30-minute Meridien Pools (Pressurized Pools), it followed by a 90-minute Purification Treatment- Yin Yang Body Polish that only cost Php5,600++ . A unique style of massage, the Yin Yang method uses flowing and rhythmic strokes on the body to slowly and gently stimulate relaxation and balance and balance the energy flow within. It is one of the signature spa treatments singularly developed and perfected at The Farm. The Purification Treatment is applied to the body using special strokes to energetically balance the body. This is what we call the Yin Yang rhythmical movements: uniquely developed, perfected and can only be found at The Farm.

And, after my 2-hour SPA Treatment, I feel so refreshed 

In the afternoon, I had a Colema Hydrotherapy that cost Php6,000++  in Holistic Sanctuary. This treatment exponentially improves the efficiency of protective enzymes in the liver and stomach, which binds toxins and allows them to be safely eliminated from the body.  Guests who wish to undergo this detoxifying treatment are required to accomplish the Hydrotherapy Screening Form and to go on a two-hour fast prior.

In the evening, we had a nice dinner in Alive Restaurant and went back to the villa with a very nice turn-down service.

The next day, all my cystic acne on my chin were gone! Even my Mum was surprised to see the quick result of Colema (Colon Hydrotherapy). After breakfast, I went for my appointment in Holistic Sanctuary, where  I had a Live Blood Analysis that only cost Php2,500++. The procedure of Live Blood Analysis involves a real-time representation of the guest's blood components. It has the ability to see how the various blood cells behave to have a powerful effect on guests, further motivating them to actively pursue wellness.

After my Live Blood Analysis, I had a 90-minute Acqua Lympathic Clearing Treatment, that cost Php5,600++ , which has a procedure of 20 minutes of Dry Brushing (helps to shed dead skin cells which can result in smoother and brighter skin), 15 minutes of Infrared Sauna (helps to release a number of toxins, including heavy metals like mercury, lead, environmental chemicals which can help you lose weight, relax, relieve unwanted pain, increase blood circulation and purify skin), 20 minutes of Flotation Therapy (also known as Sensory Deprivation Therapy which can cure insomnia and relief from chronic pain, anxiety, depression and even addiction) and 15 minutes Thermal foot Massager (to reflexes connected to various organs and body functions and each light rays are invisible waves of energy that penetrate deep into the inner tissues, muscles, and bones of the body).

After my treatment, we headed for lunch in  Alive Restaurant.

After lunch, I headed to Holistic Sanctuary to have my Rejuvenating Facial that only cost Php5,000++ and Acupuncture that cost Php3,000++, which both treatments were done by Dr. Radi.  Rejuvenating Facial, the results of this luxurious facial can be likened to undergoing a Face Lift-without the surgery and downtime. Acupuncture, as the most notable discovery in Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture treatment has now become a widely-accepted therapeutic modality for pain relief and the treatment of many acute and chronic medical conditions.

On the last day of my 3-day Detox and Wellness Journey, I had a Coffee Infusion Therapy that cost Php3,500++ which has the same procedure as Colema (Colon Therapy) but more concentrated on cleansing the liver. Rectal infusion therapy is ideal after colon cleansing.

After the Coffee Infusion Therapy, we went back to our  Garden Glass Villa to rest. Then, had a smooth check-out at 12pm.

Just check with the Front Office to find out their daily schedule of activities. And, during my stay, I tried their Yoga and Sunset Power Walk which are both amazing!
