Upon arrival at the Club Lounge in Level 33, welcome drinks offered to me by the Club Lounge Staff and only after 5 minutes, my Deluxe Room was ready! The Club Lounge is amazing, have the most stylish and modern furniture with the best view of the city from Level 33. The newly refurbished 420 sqm Le Meridien Club Lounge on Level 33 features bountiful natural daylight and the view of the city's skyline as a backdrop. Experiencing the intimidate and inspiring new space from 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM daily offering breakfast, evening cocktails and all-day refreshments.

Deluxe Room that costs US$130.00 per room per night which comes with buffet breakfast feature either king or twin beds with goose down duvets, a choice of non allergenic and duck feather pillows and dedicated bedside reading lights. The bedrooms offer advanced simplicity and generous comfort with an average size from 32 square metres which overlook the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

After settling in my room, I went down to the Lobby and was amazed at how many people love to hang-out or stay and do informal meetings there. As a guest of Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, you are entitled to one "Complimentary illy Coffee" at Art Cacao Cafe! Isn't that great?!

At 6pm, I went back to The Club Lounge at Level 33 and tried the Evening Drinks and Hors d'oeuvre (from 6pm to 830pm) which is for me "One of the best Club Lounges I have had experienced in a luxury hotel". Each evening, the live kitchen showcases a specialty dish from one of the restaurants in the hotel. Focusing on luxury and the ultimate indulgence for guests, there are also wine and beer dispenser readily available for self-service. In addition, classic spirits like gin, whiskey, vodka, and mixers are available at the beverage counter for guests who prefer to create their own unique concoctions.

The next day, I had an amazing buffet breakfast at Latest Recipe and it's "One of the Most Amazing and Extensive Buffet Breakfast that I had in a luxury hotel". This is the hotel's all-day dining venue which showcases a theatrical dining space, where food is inspired by a passion for seasonal ingredients and the bustling of Malaysia’s rich cuisine.

During lunch, I had an amazing and exquisite fine dining experience at FAVOLA Restaurant whom my food were carefully and amazingly prepared by Chef Dominico Piras! Awarded 'Best Italian' by Time Out Food & Drink KL Awards for 2016, Favola offers Italian favourites including pastas, pizzas and seafood specialties reign supreme at Favola, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur's renowned Venetian inspired restaurant. Apart from savouring delicious authentic Italian cuisines, Favola's wine cellar boasts to have one of the best selections of Italian wines as well as wines from around the world.

In the evening, I had a nice dinner at GASTRO Sentral! This new and trendy venue boasts of quality, freshness and innovation with a relaxed but attentive service at a great price. Every feature is intended to reflect the modern classic interpretation of a timeless chic ambience. It is the perfect venue for creating live entertainment performances for guests to sit back an enjoy the many delicacies it has to offer. With its innovative twist of classic pub and local comfort food, Gastro Sentral's all day menu consists of Continental, Asian and local delights. After my breakfast, I went to check their swimming pool and also visited PRIME Restaurant and I'm very impressed how exquisite and elegant this restaurant is!

The hotel houses the city's largest free-form swimming pool (120 metres) with water slide and unique deck chairs partly immersed in water.
In the evening, I tried their Buffet Dinner at Latest Recipe! At Latest Recipe, diners can indulge in popular dishes that are prepared 'a la minute" (which means "in a minute" literally) with personalised and individual servings of Malay, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Western delights. Just watching the chefs in action as they dish out freshly cooked and piping hot food is enough to sharpen appetites for more good things to come and, I couldn't imagine how many people were there during my dining experience (almost 200 people came over) . Luckily, I arrived as early as 6:30pm and were able to take photos of it!
