Hotel H2O and Manila Ocean Park, an Amazing "One-Stop Family Attraction Destination" in Manila, Philippines!

Aqua Supreme Room at Hotel H2O

Hotel H2O www.hotelh2o.com is a 4-star hotel that has the perfect name itself since,"H2O" means water. Located at Luneta, Manila (behind the Quirino Grandstand). This hotel is actually inside the Manila Ocean Park, the Philippine's first world-class marine theme park and a premiere educational facility. An integrated urban resort with marine life attractions and aqua-themed hotel, the park is geared towards an all-year, all-weather destination for locals and tourists for all ages.

With floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Park or Manila Bay, the elegant rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms add life-sized aquariums; some have sofabeds. Bay-view or aquarium-themed club rooms offer whirlpool tubs and club lounge access. Suites add living rooms and free-standing tubs. Room service is offered and children age 12 and under stay at no charge. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. There's a relaxed restaurant and bar, an eco spa, a gym and an outdoor pool.

The moment we arrived, only after 15 minutes, our two  (2) Aqua Supreme rooms were ready, and warm welcome given to us!  Aqua Supreme room is a 42 sq.m. of space, with one-of-its-kind aquarium wall into a more expansive accessory, providing a grandeur view of the marine life. Everything else is also that much larger and plushier - closet with Terrycloth bathrobes, a roomier work station with high-speed Internet access, and a bigger bath area with tub.

After settling in our rooms, we began with our Manila Ocean Park Deep Sea Rush Tour, where we had a chance to choose to visit six (6) itineraries amounting to Php590 per person.

Oceanarium
Symphony Evening Show
Sharks and Rays Dry Encounter
Sea Lion Show
Jellies Exhibit
World of Creepy Crawlers

Oceanarium

After our fun visit to the Sea Lion Show and Oceanarium, we had a nice lunch at Garden Café . Situated at the ground level floor, Garden Café presents an answer to much-needed daybreaks – good coffee, refreshing smoothies, and quick bites of gourmet sandwiches. Garden-inspired, it is a quaint, relaxing nook after touring Manila Ocean Park’s attractions.

In the afternoon, we had nice afternoon snacks at  Club H2O Lounge on the third level floor, which features sweeping views of Manila Bay and the city skyline,  and is the hotel's cozy rendezvous point and place to be. By day, guests were served coffee, tea, and cakes while browsing the day's periodicals or the Internet via computer terminals. The pocket rooms, Vignettes, may be used for private meetings.  By evening, the lounge transforms into an after-hours hotspot. For dinner - pizza, pasta, and sandwiches are its best.  And as wine, beer and cocktails flow, Club H2O Lounge and its Cigar Room beckons after a long day's work.

In the evening, we had an amazing dinner in White Moon Bar where we enjoyed the Sunset view of Manila Bay. Open daily, White Moon Bar by Hotel H2O is an urban professional’s bayside escape from the metropolis.  Retreat from the stress and let the iconic Manila Bay sunset highlight everyday life must-haves: good grub, cold drinks, sea breeze, after-office get-togethers, chill-out music, and parties 'til we drop!

At night, me and my mum had a nice 1 hr and 30 mins Spa Treatment (1-hour massage and 30-minute hot bed treatment) in Zenyu Eco Spa located on the third level floor, that cost Php950 for the massage and complimentary on hotbed treatment since we chose the Sharecation Package.

The next day, we had our nice breakfast at Makan Makan Asian Village located at the second level floor. During lunch and dinner, they offer more than 150 dishes to choose from, Makan Makan is more than a restaurant - it's a veritable pan-Asian village where the culinary delights of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan and the Philippines abound. Laksa. Roti Prata. Dimsum. Deep-Fried Coffee Spareribs. Chili Crab. Hainanese Chicken Rice. Thai Green Curry Chicken.

After 2 days 1 night stay in Hotel H2O and an amazing "Deep Sea Rush" tour in Manila Ocean Park...as a Family, we really had a great time! From the relaxing Aqua Supreme Room to nice sunset view of Manila Bay from Whitemoon Bar to our fun time in Manila Ocean Park, indeed, Hotel H2O and Manila Ocean Park, is a must-visit "One-Stop Family Attraction Destination" in Manila Philippines!
