Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Hotel As a GHA Black Member (stayed more than 30+ nights in a year) since 2014, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Hotel was the first hotel or luxury brand that I stayed in the Philippines under GHA. So, double upgrade of the room that I booked (from Standard to Premier room), automatic access to their amazing The Continental Club Lounge and early check-in as early as 9am and late check-out of 6pm (depending on room availability) were extended to me. My GHA Black Membership Card Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Hotel is a luxury five-star 45-story modern & contemporary business hotel located in the heart of city center of Manila in Ortigas Commercial Business District between Mandaluyong and Pasig City, where high-rise buildings & establishments you can find on this area, a 1 km away from the malls of The Podium and Metrowalk and only 1-hr drive away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Ground Floor Entrance in Marco Polo Ortigas Manila Hotel As soon as we arrived, we headed to The Continental Club on the 44th floor for check-in. A warm welcome was given to us by The Continental Club Staff and only after five minutes, our room was ready. The Continental Club Lounge Staff The Continental Club Lounge Among 316 spacious and well-designed rooms and suites, it was their Premier Room that only cost Php7,600.00 per room per night (depending on the hotel occupancy) we chose to stay for 3 days 2 nights that comes with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 years old and below is free, however, 50% discount off buffet meals for children 6 to 12 years old). Premier Room is a 51-61 sqm corner room with a spacious layout and finished in elegant earth tone that also comes with Executive desk, King size bed, marble bathtub, rain shower, LCD color TV with cable channels, mini-bar, refrigerator, in-room safe, Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities, and Wifi internet access service. Premier Room My Welcome Cake, Fruits and Wine My Ortigas cityscape view from 32nd floor Complimentary Toiletries During lunch, we decided to have amazing Cantonese food at Lung Hin Restaurant on the 44th floor. So many fine-dining Cantonese or Chinese Restaurants that I tried Internationally, but definitely the quality of the food on this restaurant is amazing! Their Hot & Sour Soup, Salted Egg Prawn, Shrimp Dumpling, Pork Siomai, and Cantonese Crispy Fried Noodle are all definitely a must-try here. Lung Hin Cantonese Restaurant Shrimp Dumpling Oriental Fried Chicken Cantonese Crispy Fried Noodle Big Serving Fried Prawn with Salted Egg Drunken Shrimp Mango Pudding with Coconut Milk Mango with Pomelo After our amazing lunch, we went back to our room to rest for a while then we headed to the 22nd floor for a swim. And, their indoor infinity pool overlooking the Ortigas cityscape is well-maintained and clean. But, we checked first the Lobby on the 24th floor where Cucina Restaurant too is located, and guests were accommodated for check-in and check-out. 22nd floor In the evening, we went back to The Continental Club on the 44th floor to try their Evening canapes, drinks and cocktails, and absolutely a lot of food varieties they served here. However, for non-guests of the hotel who wants to have an access to The Continental Club, Php900 is the only amount you have to pay to enjoy Evening Cocktails while Php900 for Breakfast and Php500 for Afternoon Tea. My Cabernet Sauvignon (Red Wine), Champagne and Margarita After our amazing dinner, my mom and I headed to their Spa, Flow Spa at 22nd floor (which opens from 9am to 12 midnight) and their 90-minute Flow Signature Massage strokes that only cost Php3,300.00 is one of the best spa massage treatments that I tried in all my Spa visits while my Mom's 90-minute Aromatherapy massage that only cost Php3,100.00 is also good as my Mom says. Look for my masseur therapists Joyce and Gaizel as they are both good.
